Center of Rural Community Training,

 

… is a facilitator institution to develop rural areas and build partnerships with other institutions which share the same vision.

 

Presently, P4 MD is giving attention to develop Mentawai islands. Mentawai is a group of islands which still has an under-developed community. Opening a center of training, development and extension is one of our strategies whereby the result is to improve the life quality of Mentawai people.

 

 

 

One of the P4 MD’s working areas is at Murara Siberut, South Siberut, Mentawai.

 

It was officially opened on March 18^th, 2003 by the Major of Mentawai islands.

 

 

On this location, we have built a church, two dormitories (for men and women), a guesthouse and a provision store.
